  1. Passes items out of the simulation, for instance to other processes out of the scope of model interest. The total number of items exiting from this block is reported in its dialog, at the # connector, and on the icon.

  4. Quantity exited: Displays the number of items that have left the model through this block.

  12. A text field on the icon displays the total number of items which have exited. Notice that this occurs whether animation is on or not.
